Products & Digital Downloads

Procedure Pros sells digital HSE compliance packages delivered as ZIP files containing four Microsoft Word documents: a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Training Deck, Assessment and Answer Key, and Training Log. Download links are delivered by email upon successful payment.

License

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, customize, and implement the documents within your own organization, including submission to ISNetworld®, Avetta®, and Veriforce® prequalification platforms. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the documents to other businesses or use them as the basis for a competing product.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. Exceptions are made at our sole discretion where a file is corrupted or materially differs from its description. Contact info@procedure-pros.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Procedure Pros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
