About Our Programs
What exactly do I receive when I purchase?
You receive a ZIP file by email immediately after purchase. Inside are four Microsoft Word (.docx) documents: a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), a Training Deck, an Assessment with Answer Key, and a Training Log. All four documents are fully editable.
How do I customize the documents?
Open each Word document and replace the placeholder text (marked in brackets like [COMPANY NAME]) with your company's information. Most customers complete customization in under 30 minutes. You can also add your logo to the header of each document.
Are these programs accepted by ISNetworld®, Avetta®, and Veriforce®?
Yes. Our programs are written to the documentation standards and terminology that these platforms use to evaluate submissions. We cannot guarantee approval because each platform's evaluation criteria can vary by hiring client — but our programs are written to meet the standard requirements across all three major platforms.
Do the programs meet OSHA requirements?
Yes. Each SOP is written to align with applicable federal OSHA standards for the topic. References to relevant OSHA regulations (CFR citations) are included where appropriate.
Can I use one program for multiple sites or business entities?
Your license covers use within a single organization. If you operate multiple legally separate entities, each entity requires its own license. Contact us if you need volume pricing for multiple entities.
Purchasing & Downloads
How quickly do I receive my download?
Immediately. Download links are delivered by email the moment your payment processes. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within 5 minutes.
What if my download link doesn't work?
Email us at info@procedure-pros.com with your order number. We'll resend a working link within a few hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal via our secure Shopify checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Shopify Payments — we never store your payment information.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final on digital downloads, as the files are delivered immediately upon purchase. If a file is corrupted or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. A receipt is automatically emailed after purchase. For a formal invoice with your company details, email us at info@procedure-pros.com.

What is ISNetworld®?
ISNetworld® (ISN) is a contractor management platform used by major hiring clients in oil & gas, energy, utilities, and industrial construction. Contractors are required to submit safety programs, training records, and compliance documentation to achieve and maintain a passing grade before they can work for ISN-connected clients.
What is Avetta®?
Avetta® is a supply chain risk management platform similar to ISNetworld®. Hiring companies use Avetta® to pre-qualify contractors and verify their safety, insurance, and compliance credentials before awarding contracts.
What is Veriforce®?
Veriforce® (formerly PEC Safety and Contractor Management) is a contractor compliance management platform widely used in the oil & gas and pipeline industries. Like ISN and Avetta®, it requires contractors to submit and maintain documented safety programs.
