Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of procedure-pros.com (the "Site") and the purchase of digital products offered by Procedure Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Products and Digital Downloads

Procedure Pros sells digital HSE compliance packages ("Programs"). Each Program is delivered as a ZIP file containing four Microsoft Word (.docx) documents: a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), a Training Deck, an Assessment and Answer Key, and a Training Log.

Upon successful payment, a download link is delivered to your email address. Downloads are made available through Shopify's Digital Downloads system. If you experience any issue receiving your download, contact us at info@procedure-pros.com and we will resolve it promptly.

License

When you purchase a Program, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use, customize, and implement the documents within your own organization or business
• Modify the content with your company name, logo, and specific operational details
• Submit the documents to contractor prequalification platforms (ISNetworld®, Avetta®, Veriforce®, or similar) as part of your HSE management system

This license is granted to the purchasing business or individual. It does not permit:

• Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the original or modified documents with third parties outside your organization
• Use of the documents as the basis for a competing product or service
• Sublicensing the documents to other businesses or clients
• Removing or altering any Procedure Pros copyright notices in the original documents

If you require a multi-organization or reseller license, please contact us to discuss commercial licensing arrangements.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered.

Exceptions are made at our sole discretion in cases where:

• The file is corrupted or undeliverable due to a technical error on our end
• The product delivered materially differs from its description

To request an exception, contact us at info@procedure-pros.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including program documents, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Procedure Pros and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The grant of a purchase license does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

ISNetworld®, Avetta®, and Veriforce® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Procedure Pros is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these platforms. Reference to these platforms describes compatibility of our documents with their requirements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Programs are professional reference documents designed to help contractors develop HSE compliance materials. However:

• We do not guarantee acceptance or approval by any specific prequalification platform, auditor, or client
• Regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time — you are responsible for ensuring your final documents meet current applicable standards
• Our documents are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

You are responsible for reviewing and customizing the documents to accurately reflect your organization's specific operations, equipment, and procedures before submission or use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Procedure Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Site, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, or failure to achieve prequalification approval.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Program giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit fraudulent or inaccurate information to prequalification platforms
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Procedure Pros or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and thereafter through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
